Jeff is a licensed 310T mechanic and has 25 years’ experience in the industry. He is very passionate about trucking. His father and step father have both been, and still are, in the industry. He grew up repairing and driving trucks his whole life. Jeff recalls being a young kid in the summer going along with his dad driving and delivering goods all over the place. 

He started at the age of 15 cleaning the shop and taking garbage's out. From there, he completed the 310T Truck and Coach apprenticeship program - working on the shop floor with many highly skilled and knowledgeable people. These mentors taught him the ins and outs of the trucking industry, until JBT gave him the opportunity to take the next step in his career, becoming a Fleet Maintenance Manager.
 
Now, Jeff humbly passes on his knowledge and experience to his mechanics. He works very well with others and treats everyone equally and with respect and dignity. 

Jeff loves the JBT work environment and the people that work here. He embraces the ever changing day-to-day challenges. JBT gave him the opportunity to pursue his dream, and for that he is grateful.
